Мифы

«Пьём: и суставы смазаны»: перорально пользы в РКИ не показано.

«Лучше плазмы»: нет: PRP превосходит ГК по WOMAC (МА 2026).

Осторожно

Внутрисуставные инъекции при ОА колена: МАЛЫЙ эффект, и PRP (плазма) ПРЕВОСХОДИТ ГК (LP-PRP MD -10.54 WOMAC).

Перорально (БАД): качественных РКИ с исходами НЕТ.

Косметические филлеры: редкие тяжёлые сосудистые осложнения (некроз, потеря зрения).
