Работает. Доказано: суставы, кожа, волосы, ногти, противовоспалительный эффект.
Суть
Источник органической серы. Изучен в РКИ на остеоартрите: эффект сравним с НПВС в некоторых исследованиях, но с меньшими побочками.
Что говорят исследования
Форма важна
Чистый MSM (optiMSM или эквивалент) без примесей DMSO. Капсулы или порошок: разницы нет..
Мифы
«Убирает морщины»: нет данных.
«Работает за 3 дня»: эффект накопительный, первые изменения через 2-4 недели.
«Улучшает всё сразу»: только суставы и воспаление.
Осторожно
Редко: ЖКТ-дискомфорт, головная боль, бессонница при приёме вечером.
Безопасен длительно.
Не рекомендуется при беременности: мало данных.

Следовые количества в молоке, овощах, зерне, кофе. Дозу из еды не получить.
