Зависит от условий. Есть данные: профилактика немеланомного рака кожи.
Суть
Ниацинамид (B3): снижает риск немеланомного рака кожи у лиц с анамнезом (RR 0.50, МА 2022); топикально: при гиперпигментации; у здоровых эффект не описан.
Что говорят исследования
Форма важна
Перорально: только по назначению врача при анамнезе рака кожи.
Топикально: ниацинамид-средства при пигментации.
Не путать с ниацином (флашинг)..
Мифы
«Данные о липидах: про ниацин»: к никотинамиду не относятся.
«Никотинамид безвреден»: есть НЯ ЖКТ (МА 2022).
«Нужен всем для кожи»: доказано для групп риска рака кожи и при гиперпигментации.
Осторожно
Повышенный риск ЖКТ-симптомов (МА 2022); топикальные формы переносятся лучше; не путать с ниацином.
